Beach Box
What is this?
Beach Box is a chill sandcastle building game made for lowrezjam 2026. Dig trenches and build walls using the shovel and manipulate the flow of water, with physics based on classic "falling sand" simulations, or use the bucket to move water around manually.
How do I play?
Use your mouse to move around your selected tool, and press your left mouse button to use it on the hovered tile. Use your scroll wheel to change the selected tool. The shovel moves sand, and the bucket can be used to move water.
You can also adjust the volume using the + and - keys on your keyboard.
Who made this?
All art and programming for this project was done by me (Chimplement). With music from Abstraction, and sound effects from theplax and Raclure.

I made a castle with a dope mote. I like this a lot and the "falling sand" simulation was great. Very impressive isometric design. <3 the chill music vibes.

Thanks for playing. Watching your live reaction made my day, especially when you started imagining the little harbor and lighthouse which was exactly what I hoped to achieve. Glad you liked it!
Oh and also I originally thought of Chimplement as chimp + implement, but I loved your interpretation of chimp + compliment lol.
